Description of the Program:

A “High-Performance Organization” is both a descriptor of the outcomes achieved by a team or organization, and the “people” practices that foster a workplace necessary to achieve superior outcomes.

This session will explore how leaders, at different levels of the organization, create a High-Performance Workplace (HPW). We will:
• Review the dimensions and requirements of a HPW
• Introduce a diagnostic tool to evaluate HPW factors within an organization
• Identify critical leadership practices to build and sustain a HPW

The primary purpose of this session is not for participants to learn about HPW. Instead, our objective is to utilize a “rapid showcase” method that will enable you to personally adapt the session content for training applications in your organization. In other words, attend to steal shamelessly….ah, repurpose…. content for use in your training.

Be ready for a fast-paced and highly interactive experience!

Bio:

Rob fervently believes that business leaders realize, all to often after-the-fact, that the primary barrier to achieving strategic objectives is the failure of the organization to mobilize and execute with aligned purpose and conviction. As Principal and Senior Partner of Strategic Talent Solutions, Rob’s quest is to enable leaders to optimize talent power and organization agility in order to maximize strategy execution and performance results.

Rob is recognized for his thought leadership and practitioner expertise in providing integrated talent management and organization effectiveness growth solutions. He has served as chief talent and organization development leader in four industry-leading, global organizations where his teams demonstrated a unique ability to design and deploy proactive strategic talent solutions resulting in superior and sustained business performance results. Rob has earned numerous talent management industry certifications and awards; served on Fortune 250 Chief Learning Officer and Talent Management Forums, as well as multiple University Education Advisory Boards.

Rob’s personal mission is to establish Human Resources and Talent Management as a unique, and necessary, primary business function; and to support other Human Resources leaders and practitioners in their quest for inclusion as a valued strategic partner.

Rob’s greatest pride is his wonderful wife, daughters, and grandsons; while he takes the least pride in his attempts at the increasingly frustrating, but enjoyable, game of golf!
