Bio: MADAN BIRLA is an author, speaker, consultant, and trainer for companies around the world. He has also taught at several executive education programs including the Kellogg Management Institute, Northwestern, and Dartmouth College. While working for FedEx, he was a member of the Long Range Planning Committee, where he worked closely with founder and CEO Fred Smith in developing and implementing innovative business growth strategies.
He is the author of three books:
