Organizational Development (OD)
Special Interest Group (SIG)

Organizational Development (OD) is the study and implementation of organizational change processes. Join two leaders in the OD field for this Special Interest Group (SIG) discussion on OD related topics. Each bi-monthly meeting will have a specialized topic for discussion, workshop, or guest speaker.

From Group to Great: OD Strategies for Team Growth

What separates a group of individuals from a truly high-performing team? In this interactive session, we’ll explore how Organizational Development (OD) professionals can design and deliver meaningful team-building interventions that go beyond surface-level activities.

We’ll begin by briefly discussing how data collection—through assessments, observations, or stakeholder input—can help diagnose team needs and shape targeted strategies. Then, we’ll dive into examples of high-impact team-building approaches that strengthen communication, trust, and collaboration.

Whether you’re designing a new intervention or refining an existing one, this session will provide practical tools and insights to support stronger, more connected teams.
