Lei Comerford 
is a highly effective Leadership Coach, Facilitator and Learning & Development Consultant experienced helping organizations improve productivity, effectiveness, and engagement.  Lei has over 20 years of strategic and operational experience in healthcare specifically the bio-pharmaceutical and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industries as well as over 5 years in hospitality. Lei has dedicated years delivering best practices in customer service, coaching, mentoring, project management and facilitation to individuals, businesses, and organizations.

Lei is master facilitator certified in a variety of assessment tools and holds the PCC accreditation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  She has delivered leadership development programs, implemented internal coaching and mentoring programs, coached 1:1 with leaders at varying levels and has designed annual learning portfolios, team journeys, and onboarding programs. Lei holds a bachelor’s degree in Resort and Commercial Recreation from Georgia Southern University.


John DeMarco is a professional on a transformational journey, rooted in the synthesis of long-standing practices that include creativity, inclusion, learning, mindfulness, multidisciplinary thinking, spiritual growth, storytelling, and writing. These practices inform his mindset and actions as he helps others optimize their own transformations. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), John has honed his craft across the past 25 years by working extensively with a diverse array of leaders (with and without “titles”) and their teams, including directors, senior managers, and C-suite executives across various industries. He’s guided these professionals toward goal attainment, promotions to the next job level, and cross-functional skill enhancements.


Kelly Knowles is dedicated to igniting the flames of adult learning, nurturing the seeds of potential within individuals, and empowering adult learners to transcend their limitations, thereby unleashing their true capabilities in the most authentic manner possible. With over 20 years in pivotal training and development roles, Kelly has wielded her expertise to orchestrate transformative changes that resonate across industries.

Kelly is the powerhouse behind Kelly K. Consulting, where she captivates audiences through keynote speeches, immersive professional development workshops, and personalized coaching sessions for individuals and teams. Her unwavering mission? To embolden leaders at every level to unearth, nurture, and fully embody their innate leadership and know they are on this planet on purpose for a purpose.

Karen Baird is an experienced marcomm professional with over 20 years of service in diverse industries including nonprofit, publishing, higher education, and healthcare. She developed her passion and interest in organizational development through her work at MIT where she honed skills in change management and talent development via performance management and digital transformation projects. Karen earned her B.A. in English from Columbia College, South Carolina and an M.A. in Publishing and Writing from Emerson College, Boston and is currently pursuing her APTD Certification.
