A virtual forum is a semi-structured session for participants to discuss current challenges and serve each other by sharing practical ideas, tools, sources, and solutions around leading a team remotely.

When managing remote employees, people management methods and skills still apply, as well as additional techniques unique to the ‘remote working’ model and establishing ‘people connection and community’ with direct reports. For this virtual forum, we want to bring our community together to review the challenges and ways to support how to effectively establish engagement and connection and managing the remote employee.
