OKR Leadership Explained
Virtual Chapter Meeting

Objectives describe WHAT you do.  Key Results (KRs) describe HOW you measure activity.

You may know that OKRs have driven the largest migration of financial assets and technological innovation ever recorded in human history to Silicon Valley, California since the 1970s.  OKR leadership is a radical process for top-down hierarchical organizations to implement, but it is attractive to employees who demand to be included in decision making.

All registrants will receive a copy of chapter 1 from that book, PLUS access to an online digital training course so that you can use to share OKR Leadership with your team or organization.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • How objectives and key results (OKRs) are defined
  • How you can practice OKR Leadership at three levels
  • How you can accelerate accountability, transparency and outcomes

12-1 PM CST

Members: FREE

Non-Members: $20
