Leveraging the Power of Peer Coaching in an Evolving Workforce

Today’s workforce is evolving and changing quicker than most organizations can keep up with.  With right-sizing, matrixed reporting structures, multi-generational teams and remote workforces; peer coaching can be an answer to many of your organizations challenges.

Join us for May’s Talent Development LAB where we will explore the potential for building a coaching culture through peer-to-peer coaching. Explore a framework that establishes a foundation for overcoming some of the practical challenges to coaching in organizations.

Learn how to create and reap the benefits an internal coaching network regardless of industry, workforce size, or geographic footprint.

Stacy Henry, CPLP, a member of the 2016 Nashville ATD Board will be leading our interactive discussion.
