Would you be surprised to learn that most organizations waste roughly 50% of their investment in development programs because learners only apply 50% of what they learn? About the Speaker
John R. Mattox, II, Ph.D. is a Senior Talent Measurement Consultant at CEB’s Metrics That Matter. His role is to help clients build sustainable measurement strategies for L&D and other HR functions as well as measure the business impact of learning programs. John served as the Director of Research at KnowledgeAdvisors for four years, mining data and applying predictive analytics to help clients solve problems. Some of the research has been featured in Training Industry Quarterly. In 2014 he coauthored his first book with Dr. Jac Fitz-enz titled Predictive Analytics for Human Resources. Prior to joining KnowledgeAdvisors in March 2010, John led training evaluation teams at KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen for nearly 12 years. He is a father of three children and lives in Franklin, TN.
About the Venue
The meeting will be held at the National Federation of Independent Business office, located at 53 Century Blvd, Nashville, TN 37214. We will be in the first floor meeting room. There is additional parking in the rear of the building, and you can enter through the rear doors from the parking lot.
