July Chapter Meeting:
Your Training Programs May Not Be as Effective as You Think
How much of the learning is wasted in your organization? 5%? 10%? 30%? Would you be surprised to learn that most organizations waste roughly 50% of their investment in development programs because learners only apply 50% of what they learn? It’s shocking how much is invested and lost each year. This session will focus on defining scrap learning and measuring it within your organization.
