Some of the projects that will be discussed include:
- Use of a live-broadcast - cloud application blended learning for anytime and distance learning.
- Adding mindfulness therapy to increase morale and lower stress in the workplace.
- A manager’s toolbox rollout, leveraging the popular mastermind group concept, and a "point system" to keep students engaged.
- A coaching initiative leveraging the team charter, role sharing, and 7-minute meeting to improve team synergy and morale

Angela Nelson is an accomplished Learning Facilitator and Human Resources Consultant. She has 18 years experience in HR - including recruiting, talent acquisition, planned attrition, employee development, performance management, and leadership coaching and team dynamics.
She works with organizations including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Asurion, Broadcast Music Inc, State Government, City Government, and Nissan; helping them achieve their learning and performance goals. During her career she has also led customer service and recruiting teams and uses that experience in her coaching practice. As a Human Resources Consultant she provides employees and employers with tools and resources to perform more effectively. That includes learning events, leadership coaching, process improvements, development plans, as well as goal setting and strategy.
