Veronica Sterling has twenty years of executive leadership experience, and currently serves as the CEO of Hospice of Southwest Ohio. As a keynote speaker, she has provided relatable and empathetic presentations for audiences who are navigating grief, loved ones with dementia, working as healthcare professionals, and other important personal topics. Most recently, Veronica created The Commitment Compass - a tool designed to help individuals and teams navigate with purpose through seasons of change.

She developed this powerful framework through lessons learned in her professional work and while experiencing transformation during her personal pursuit of adventure and purpose. Now Veronica shares her story, hoping to inspire others to find clarity in their own goals and take bold steps forward in their lives no matter how challenging it seems.

Allyn Walker

Allyn Walker is the Managing Partner of Dale Carnegie of Central Florida, Atlanta, and Nashville. He has worked with Dale Carnegie for 30 years.

Facilitator and coach with a driven focus on others success, he has spoken with hundreds of groups and coached leaders on 5 continents. He brings practical ideas for organizations thinking through topics such creating cultures that engage, empowering teams, leadership post pandemic, human centered negotiations, people powered AI and generating creativity in the workforce.

He collaborated with several clients on their redesign of training for Leaders of People and Leaders of Leaders, as well as Executive coaching and development.

His organization received the distinguished “Founder’s Award” in 2023 recognizing the #1 Dale Carnegie franchise globally in multiple business criteria. Also, in 2019, 2021 & 2023, they received the “Top Quality in North America” distinction for highest Net Promoter Scores from clients.

    Jordan Purpero

    For over 15 years, Jordan Purpero has partnered with people and teams across healthcare, technology, retail, and finance—helping them slow down, get curious, and create space for what truly matters.

    He is a certified executive coach through the Hudson Institute and holds a PCC credential with the International Coach Federation. Currently pursuing a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Jordan brings a unique blend of business experience, coaching, and clinical training to his work. He believes that presence, awareness, and connection aren’t just soft skills—they’re the foundation of strong, sustainable leadership.

    Jordan lives in Nashville with his wife, Anna, and their two sons, Copeland and Theo. He strives to create a home filled with empathy, curiosity, and laughter—values he also brings to his work with clients.

    Craig Mueller is an award-winning certified coach who has 25 years of experience managing, training, educating and consulting with learning teams. He has extensive coaching, facilitation, project management, web development/multimedia, talent management, performance management and instructional-design experience across many industries including nuclear research, academia, corrections, retail, healthcare and personal and professional development.

    Craig started his Dollar General career on the retail training team in 2009. After parting with DG in 2011, he returned to DG's retail training team in 2020. He's been serving DG's supply chain team since 2021.

    Kiffin McCoy-Albert

    Kiffin McCoy-Albert is an advocate for empowering learners, a proponent of asking "Is training the answer?", and has been called the "Queen of bucketing" for her natural inclination to categorize information, turning scattered pieces into a completed puzzle. With 20 years of experience in the corporate learning space spanning across multiple industries, including healthcare, logistics, education, and non-profit, Kiffin specializes in designing and implementing comprehensive Learning and Talent Development (L&TD) programs tailored to meet the unique needs and objectives of each organization. She strives to align learning strategies with business goals using proven instructional techniques, ensuring that learning experiences are engaging, effective, and impactful, and she continues to champion the importance of lifelong learning.

    Kiffin believes strongly in building relationships within the professional community and continuing her own learning. She has a Master's Degree with a corporate training emphasis from Middle Tennessee State University, is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) through the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and is a Past President of the ATD Nashville Chapter.

    Rebekah Osteen

    Rebekah Osteen, MA, MPS, ACC  serves as the Associate Director of Graduate Enrollment for Lipscomb University's College of Pharmacy. She is also a credentialed professional coach through the International Coaching Federation and is honored to serve changeseekers and changemakers as a trusted thinking partner. In addition to coaching, her interests include talent, leadership, and organizational development, as well as conflict management and alternative dispute resolution. Rebekah is passionate about developing people, teams, and organizations, and drawing out their best. She enjoys partnering with others by helping them move from stuck to strategic, drift to direction, and good to great.

    Dr. Julia Osteen is a credentialed professional coach through the International Coaching Federation and is honored to serve her clients as a trusted thinking partner around a variety of topics. In addition to coaching, her interests include talent, leadership, and organizational development. Osteen teaches graduate courses for Lipscomb University in the areas of adult learning and organizational leadership. She has worked with organizations to align their strategic plans to their mission and values. Osteen enjoys helping leaders to grow personally and professionally.



    Tara Morgan

    Tara Morgan is a visionary leader with over 14 years of experience in the social services field. She has led impactful teams across multiple Nashville-based nonprofits, specializing in care coordination, service delivery, community partnerships, and healthy workplace culture.

    Tara currently serves as the Senior Director of Program Operations at Mental Health America of the MidSouth, where she oversees initiatives that provide vital mental health and caregiver support. Previously, she was Director of Supportive & Family Services at the YWCA of Nashville & Middle TN, where she led efforts to support more than 500 women and children annually in escaping violence and rebuilding their lives.

    Her background includes leadership at Oasis Center, where she managed data and finance for the Rapid Rehousing Program and coordinated the city’s youth internship initiative, Opportunity NOW. She also spent eight years at Monroe Harding supporting youth in state custody through roles such as Life Skills Coach, Sexual Health Instructor, and Youth & Family Case Manager.

    Tara is also a passionate educator and advocate. Through the Shear Haven domestic violence training program, she has helped train thousands of beauty professionals worldwide. She frequently leads community education sessions on abuse awareness and prevention.

    In 2024, Tara received the Susan Short Jones Emerging Leader Award for Community Development and the Outstanding Service Provider Award from the Nashville Coalition Against Domestic Violence.

    She holds a B.A. in Sociology from Oakland University and an M.S. in Human Services from Argosy University. She is a Certified Peacemaking Circles Facilitator and holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Budgeting.

    Above all, Tara is most proud of her role as a mother to her teenage daughter, Kennedy.
