- Support the VP of Talent Management in coordinating volunteer engagement, role alignment, and leadership development initiatives
- Assist with volunteer intake, engagement check-ins, and ongoing visibility into volunteer capacity, retention risks, and role coverage
- Help maintain and track the leadership pipeline, including progression from volunteer to Director and board readiness indicators
- Support succession readiness by identifying engagement patterns, leadership behaviors, and potential gaps for VP and Board awareness
- Assist with Talent Management data upkeep, documentation, and coordination to ensure continuity, visibility, and effective execution
