Elliott Forsythe

Elliott is a learning professional, with 12+ years of experience working in business workforce development. He is areas of specialization include performance consulting, talent analytics, instructional design and process optimization. Currently, he supports Bridgestone Americas. Elliott was born and raised in Chicago, and holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Masters degree in Biological Anthropology. He holds professor chairs at three colleges, has research privileges at the world famous Field Museum, and publishes original research in scientific journals regularly.

Jeanne is the sole proprietor of Designs4Learning. She provides instructional design and eLearning consulting services to clients across the globe. Jeanne has worked in training and development since 1996, and eLearning specifically since 2000. She has worked in a variety of settings, including higher education, healthcare, and animal science. She is a member of the eLearning Guild and leads the ID/eLearning SIG for our chapter. Jeanne holds a BS in Education from The Ohio State University and an MSEd in Instructional Design for Online Learning from Capella University. She regularly attends conferences and workshops to improve her knowledge and skills.

David Butler

David is currently manager of virtual training and vendor partner training for Asurion. He has a long background in sales, leadership, customer service, and professional development training. He also has extensive experience in sales, operations, and manufacturing management. Prior to Asurion he has worked as an educational consultant with numerous businesses. After over 40 years in leadership and the learning and development fields, his passion is now focused on internal talent management and succession planning.  David holds a BS in Business and Education from the University of Pittsburgh.

Amanda Bramlett

Amanda received a BA in Foreign Languages from The University of Memphis in 2007.  The language concentrations were Latin and Italian.  In 2011 she received an MAT in Instruction and Curriculum Leadership with a concentration in Secondary Education also from The University of Memphis.  She taught High School Latin for two years. Amanda then worked in Information Technology for two years.  After that, she joined the Learning and Development team of a local Nashville business to become an Instructional Designer.  Currently Amanda works in the IT field. Amanda is very interested in technology of all types, languages and linguistics, and kitty cats.

Kim is a shareholder in the Labor & Employment Department at Baker Donelson's Nashville office. She has more than 25 years of experience representing management in every aspect of labor and employment law.










Jessica Prater is a Training Specialist for Bridgestone’s North American Manufacturing Education Center. She holds a maser’s degree in Industrial/Organization Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a PHR certification.  Jessica’s core interests are performance solutions, organizational development and coaching. Outside of the office, she is passionate about networking, writing, sustainable farming and holistic living.
