Sandi Edwards, SHRM-SCP, SPHR is Talent & Communications Manager for Simplify Compliance in Brentwood, TN. She oversees the talent acquisition and management process for the company including learning and organizational development and internal communications. Prior to working in the publishing industry, Sandi spent 25 years as a human resources professional in the retail sector with Chico’s, FAS and Service Merchandise Company. In her volunteer life, Sandi served two terms as National President for Alpha Xi Delta Fraternity, a women’s organization of more than 175,000 initiated members.

Hawk holds a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is currently a payroll Analyst for Philips Royal. He is helping with building Philips culture and Human Resources department as they move their current North American headquarters from Andover, MA to Nashville. Focused on creating organizational cultures of process improvement, lean management, and team building.

DeAnne Priddis

DeAnne (Dee) is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Communication at Middle Tennessee State University. She has a PhD in Communication (UW Milwaukee) and a MS in Human Resources Training & Development. Her research includes interpersonal and group conflict in families and organizations. Priddis has over 15 years of corporate and nonprofit professional experience primarily in human resources and training prior to her career in academics.








Tiffany McGee

Tiffany holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology – Adult Learning and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies both from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Tiffany’s experience includes work in human resources, organizational development, talent development, and change management. Tiffany has worked in varied industries including manufacturing, telecommunications/media, and highly-regulated industries such as finance and insurance. Tiffany held a dual role in HR and Learning & Development before becoming the Global Organizational Development Manager for Radio Systems Corporation - Petsafe. She later served as the Learning and Development Manager for Scripps Networks Interactive, owner of media brands HGTV, DIY, and Food Network. Most recently, Tiffany provided strategic communications leadership as the Communications, Change Management and Training lead for a global HR integration and transformation project for a consulting firm of over 40,000+ employees before joining Mercer as a Senior Associate Relationship Manager to support the growing team in Nashville with talent expertise.

Luke Benfield

Luke is a senior instructional designer at naviHealth where he consults, designs, and develops classroom, virtual, and e-learning experiences for corporate, clinical, IT, external client, and product audiences. He has worked in a variety of sectors including higher education, non-profit, and corporate with backgrounds in educational conference planning and execution, assessment, competency model development, e-learning and LMS management, learning experience design, and group facilitation. For ATD Nashville, Luke leads the Instructional Design and e-Learning SIG, as well as the Articulate Storyline User Group. Luke has a masters in Educational Leadership, and has a passion for discovering innovative ways to solve business needs with Storyline.




Amanda Bramlett

Amanda received a BA in Foreign Languages from The University of Memphis in 2007.  The language concentrations were Latin and Italian.  In 2011 she received an MAT in Instruction and Curriculum Leadership with a concentration in Secondary Education also from The University of Memphis.  She taught High School Latin for two years. Amanda then worked in Information Technology for two years.  After that, she joined the Learning and Development team of a local Nashville business to become an Instructional Designer.  Currently Amanda works in the IT field. Amanda is very interested in technology of all types, languages and linguistics, and kitty cats.

Kim is a shareholder in the Labor & Employment Department at Baker Donelson's Nashville office. She has more than 25 years of experience representing management in every aspect of labor and employment law.










Jessica Prater is a Training Specialist for Bridgestone’s North American Manufacturing Education Center. She holds a maser’s degree in Industrial/Organization Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a PHR certification.  Jessica’s core interests are performance solutions, organizational development and coaching. Outside of the office, she is passionate about networking, writing, sustainable farming and holistic living.
