Conference Cancellation Policy: Our conference cancellation policy optimizes the participant experience by containing the various costs associated with the event. Registration refunds, minus a 3% credit card processing fee, are available prior to Sep 23, 2026. After this date, a registered attendee may send an alternate to the event without an additional charge. All requests for substitutions must be received prior to Oct 18, 2026. To request a cancellation or a participant change, please contact us at conferences@atdnashville.org with the following information: name, email, and phone number of the registered attendee and the alternate participant.
