Facilitator:

Regina Taute is a leadership and talent management consultant who has spent more than twenty-five years helping organizations grow their people in ways that actually work. Before launching Collective Growth Coaching and Consulting, she served in internal talent and organizational development roles for medium and large companies, partnering with executives, functional leaders, and learning teams to build practical solutions that moved the business forward.

Today she supports organizations as a training consultant, coach, and thought partner, designing talent strategies, competency frameworks, leadership development programs, and workforce planning tools. Her clients range from high-growth startups to established operations teams who need to align training to the realities of daily work. She also coaches individual professionals, helping them navigate career transitions and interview preparation with clarity and confidence.

Regina blends the discipline of instructional design with the mindset of a business partner. Her approach is rooted in simplicity, strong relationships, and a deep understanding that training only matters when it changes how work gets done.

As a former internal L&D practitioner turned external consultant, Regina brings a candid and practical perspective to how learning professionals can expand their influence, strengthen their consulting skills, and become trusted partners in any environment.
