Unlock the full potential of your ATD National membership! This interactive session is designed for talent development professionals who want to take advantage of ATD’s valuable resources to enhance their skills, expand their network, and drive professional growth.

ATD National membership provides access to a wealth of tools and learning opportunities—including webinars, an engaged community, TD Magazine, templates and tools, a capability self-assessment, and micro courses. Knowing how to effectively use these resources can accelerate your development and improve workplace performance.

Participants will leave this session with a clear understanding of how to leverage their ATD National membership for maximum benefit.

As a result of this session, participants will:

  1. Identify key ATD National member benefits, including webinars, community engagement, TD Magazine, templates and tools, the TD Capability Self-Assessment, and micro courses.
  2. Learn how to navigate ATD’s resources to enhance learning and professional development.
  3. Develop an action plan to apply at least one ATD resource to their career growth within the next month.

About the Facilitator:


Shelly Reed, CPTD is ATD Nashville’s President-Elect and active member of ATD’s Chapter Recognition Committee (CRC), which identifies, recognizes, and shares chapter best practices. She is an experienced Talent Development practitioner with 15+ years of learning and development experience, and has led corporate training across numerous industries including nonprofit, retail, manufacturing, financial, technology, government, and recruitment.  Shelly has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication and Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and her love of communication and lifelong learning led her to become involved in the ATD Nashville Chapter and ATD.
