A virtual forum is a semi-structured session for participants to discuss current challenges and serve each other by sharing practical ideas, tools, sources, and solutions around leading a team remotely.
Hybrid training often brings ‘oh no’ and ‘how do I do this’? to the virtual trainer. Hybrid training has many permutations (trainer virtual, trainer in-person with in person and remote participants, etc.) For this virtual forum, we want to bring our community together to share what have been the unknowns and challenges they have overcome, and still working on, with providing hybrid training. Lessons learned along the way will be shared as well. Join us and share your own experiences and insights with our fabulous community!
