This weekly study group reviews ATD’s Talent Development Capability Model which is what talent development practitioners need to KNOW and DO to develop themselves, others, and their organizations. 

In this virtual session, we explore the Coaching capability. Come ready to learn, share, and dive deeper into the most relevant topics in our field.  You don’t have to be registered for the Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) exam to attend, but know the knowledge statements will follow the content outline.
