This Instructional Design SIG session focuses on an ID challenge to design a theme for training materials. The theme could be an idea for your organization or we can provide a prompt to help you get started. This might include assets to brand slides, videos, job aids, podcasts, or eLearning. Bring your own device and ideas, and we'll spend an hour working on your designs and sharing them back with the group.
Your host for each ID SIG session is Paula O'Brien, M.Ed., PMP, an Instructional Designer of 16 years whose expertise involves developing materials for virtual/instructor-led training, creating eLearning curricula for Team Members who directly impact the customer experience, and managing her projects across business segments. Paula's portfolio represents her creativity and passion for designing engaging instruction, continually learning and exploring new delivery modalities, and mentoring others. Her courses have been delivered to enlisted military, veterans, technology professionals, medical staff, and retail teams.
