Your analysis is complete. You know the performance challenges your client faces, and the types of intervention(s) needed to overcome those challenges. Now it’s time to identify those interventions and begin the design process. Several questions must be addressed during this examination: What must happen during the intervention and change process? What is at play in the organization that will affect the intervention choices and design? What forums, extant information, and communication channels already exist to inform these decisions with the least disruption? What time, resource, and capability issues exist? And there’s more!!
