Your OD-SIG host is Deb Tobey, Ed.D:
Deb has been a practitioner/educator for over 20 years in the fields of development/organizational change, human performance improvement, workplace learning and development, and consultation skills. Her background includes her solo OD consulting practice, Director of OD/Talent Management in two financial organizations and the State of Tennessee, and adjunct and full-time faculty positions at Vanderbilt University and George Washington University. Her doctorate is in HRD from Vanderbilt University. Deb has authored/co-authored three books in our field.
