A virtual forum is a semi-structured session for participants to discuss current challenges and serve each other by sharing practical ideas, tools, sources, and solutions around leading a team remotely.
One of the common challenges virtual trainers experience is the leaner(s) who do not engage in the class (don’t answer questions in chat, don’t ask questions or answer questions, to name a few of the behaviors encountered. For this virtual forum, we want to bring our community together to share how we engage learners with the trainer and course material before, during and after the training class.
