A virtual forum is a semi-structured session for participants to discuss current challenges and serve each other by sharing practical ideas, tools, sources, and solutions around leading a team in today’s changing workplace.
Though virtual trainings have become more and more common, we know that a successful, engaging, and effective virtual training takes much planning and effort. If you’re an experienced virtual facilitator, what lessons have you learned in transitioning to virtual training and in making your virtual sessions engaging?
