Building Strong Healthy Teams
Virtual Workshop

Deloitte reports that organizations are shifting to a network of teams approach. Leaders are increasingly expected to enhance team performance and work collaboratively across functions. Employees are spending more and more time in teams. How can we be an effective leader who makes an impact by building strong, healthy teams?

Leveraging practical applications from Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Dysfunctions of a Team model and Mark’s upcoming book, The Hippo SolutionMark will share the steps to both build a strong, healthy team and to create a strong context of teamwork across the organization.

In addition to obtaining tools and resources you can use with your own team, 10 participants will receive access to a free individual online assessment after the session.

After attending this session, you will be able to:

• Summarize why teams are not high functioning and cohesive.

• Explain the five behaviors that define cohesive, high functioning teamwork.

• Evaluate the health of your own team.

• Create a plan to strengthen your own team and build stronger, healthier teams at your organization.
