A virtual forum is a semi-structured session for participants to discuss current challenges and serve each other by
sharing practical ideas, tools, sources, and solutions around leading a team remotely.

A new year brings us all new possibilities and new goals. Join us to learn how you can work with your manager and other leaders to accomplish the goals you have for this year.

Attendees will learn how to:

• Work with their manager to accomplish goals
• Achieve success and overcome common challenges when managing up
• Plan new ways to manage up in 2021

Seating is limited to the first 40 ATD Nashville registrations to keep the breakout sessions small and intimate.
