A virtual forum is a semi-structured session for participants to discuss current challenges and serve each other by sharing practical ideas, tools, sources, and solutions around leading a team remotely.

Perhaps you’ve been considering performing consulting work as a side-hustle. Maybe you’re tired of working for others and want to know what it takes to work for yourself. You could also be a decision maker, wondering what value a consultant might be able to bring to your organization’s talent development efforts.
Whatever your interest, we’ve gathered an expert panel of talent development consultants all based here in Nashville. Come ready with your questions and learn from the varied experience offered by our panel.

Jeanne Bernui
Jeanne is a freelance instructional design consultant based in Nashville, TN. She has over 25 years of experience in education and training, 18 of them in elearning design. Jeanne has designed learning experiences for people in a variety of industries, including higher education, technology, healthcare, and even animal genetics. Her elearning designs have touched thousands of learners around the globe.

Kelly Knowles
Kelly Knowles earned her BBA and MBA from MTSU. She is a full-time senior trainer at Bass, Berry & Sims as well as an adjunct instructor at MTSU. She has a coaching business called Kelly K Consulting where she focuses on helping individuals & teams discover, develop and dig-in to their innate potential.

Lei Comerford
Lei is a highly effective Leadership Coach, Facilitator and Learning & Development Consultant experienced helping organizations improve productivity, effectiveness, and engagement. She has dedicated years delivering best practices in customer service, coaching, mentoring, project management and facilitation to individuals, teams, and organizations

 Matthew Daniel
Matthew Daniel is a high-energy, no-holds-barred, tell-it-like-it-is learning technologist and learner experience advocate working in and with some of the largest and most innovative companies across the country. His biggest success comes not in the implementation of the system, but in helping learning professionals figure out how to take their existing skills and experience and adapt to the digital age in a realistic way.
