A virtual forum is a semi-structured session for participants to discuss current challenges and serve each other by sharing practical ideas, tools, sources, and solutions around leading a team remotely.

Whether you are a seasoned ‘remote leader’ with ideas to spread, or were forced into remote leadership due to the pandemic, join us to learn how others are facing similar challenges and successfully leading teams remotely.

Attendees will learn how to:

• Lead virtual team building activities
• Encourage conversation and collaboration between team members
• Hold one-on-ones, performance reviews, difficult conversations and more in a virtual setting

Seating is limited to the first 40 ATD Nashville registrations to keep the breakout session small and intimate.
