About Jeanne:
Jeanne is a freelance instructional design consultant based in Nashville, TN. She has over 25 years of experience in education and training, 18 of them in elearning design. Jeanne has designed learning experiences for people in a variety of industries, including higher education, technology, healthcare, and even animal genetics. Her elearning designs have touched thousands of learners around the globe. Jeanne was a founding member of ATD Nashville's Instructional Design/eLearning SIG and Storyline User Group. She has presented at local, regional, and national conferences and symposiums.
About Ty:
As the TrainingPros Field Account Manager based out of the Nashville metro area, Ty Wheeler serves clients in this important Southeast market. During her career, she has developed skills in the printing & publishing, financial, communications, manufacturing, technical sales, and media sectors. Ty’s primary areas of expertise are marketing, graphic design, consultative sales, instructional design, creative problem solving, and relationship selling.
Prior to joining TrainingPros, Ty worked for AT&T, Verizon, Village Voice Media, SouthComm, Regions Bank, GCA Publishing, Fleetcor, Dell/EMC, and Fiberweb. She is active with the Nashville International Center for Empowerment. Ty’s passions are human rights, community empowerment, career development, adult education, self-development, personal growth, yoga, and expression through art and photography. Ty works closely with our national relationship manager Leigh Anne Lankford, and we are so pleased to have her as part of the TrainingPros team.
About Mark:
Mark is a professional speaker and change facilitator. He has practiced leader development for over 20 years as a business owner, manager, technologist, and consultant in multiple sectors including healthcare, government, non-profit, education, manufacturing, engineering, publishing, technology, and transportation. He is an expert on leveraging interactive case studies and technology to help leaders lead change. Mark has facilitated changes for a broad range of clients including Vanderbilt, HCA, Deloitte, MGMA, Mars, State of Tennessee, SHRM, and Ohio State University. He is currently the President and founder of Hippo Solutions.

naviHealth is located directly behind Brentwood city hall, police, and fire. You can park anywhere except for reserved spots with signage. Elevators are in the main lobby; you can't miss them. Take the elevator to the 4th floor. Please sign-in at the front desk, and our conference room is the main lobby next to the front desk.
