A Joint ID/e-Learning SIG & Storyline User Group Meeting:

"Crash Course in Action Mapping"

Presented By: Jeanne Bernui

Action mapping, an instructional design process developed in 2008 by Cathy Moore, is seeing an increase in popularity since the publication of Moore's book, Map It, in late 2017. Action mapping can be used to design business training for instructor-led or online delivery. Because it focuses on performance improvement and actions/behaviors in the workplace, action mapping is not a good fit for academics, however.

In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll explore the action mapping process and discuss its usefulness as another tool in your instructional design toolkit. You’ll have the opportunity to practice, so bring a colleague or two and a current project!

Sandwiches and beverages will be served, so please be sure to register in advance so we have an accurate headcount for food.
