About Diane:
Diane joined HCA in 2015 as director of executive development. Her first assignment with HCA included oversight of all executive development initiatives through the leadership institute, building leadership capability at the executive level to drive HCA’s strategic agenda. Diane’s path to HCA includes internal leadership roles in operations and learning and organization development with Marriott and Aramark – building leadership capability at all levels.
Diane invested 15 years as an independent leadership consultant and executive coach, partnering with organizations including Kiewit, Republic Services, Aramark and Westfield to translate talent strategy into leadership development practices driving performance, growth and change. Prior to joining HCA, Diane served as global VP of Learning & Development for Univar, a $15B chemical distribution company based in Seattle.
Live Music Provided by Route 40
The Route 40 band is a sonically progressive, roots and jazz influenced bluegrass group. After making the long journey from the small state of Rhode Island, two years later, they now officially and proudly hail from the greater Nashville, TN area. While the band primarily concentrates on writing originals, they also put their unique twist on each and every cover song that they do. Route 40 is an all occasion band. Listening room performances, bars, weddings, parties, corporate events…you name it, they’ve got you covered. The band is primarily a trio at its core, adding drums and violin on occasion.
