OD Special Interest Group: Personal Solutions for 5 Key OD Trends

 Please join the Organization Development Special Interest Group (OD-SIG) next Tuesday March 14 6:00PM - 7:30PM for a practical and collaborative problem solving discussion leading to solution ideas you can apply in your work.  

As a team, we will review "5 Key Talent & OD Factors and Trends" currently affecting organization effectiveness (OE) in every US-based company.  

Our discussion will focus on our own situations and challenges we currently face and sharing improvement ideas within the group.  Our objective is that you leave with potential ideas to personally apply within your organization.

5 OE trends facing every talent and organization development (OD) professional:

• OD and the CEO’s needs for “the organization of the future”. 
• Leadership and Performance Management:  an exercise in disruption and change management.
• OE and the Employee Experience: merging talent acquisition, learning, engagement, career planning, and leadership dynamics.
• Strategy, Impact, Analytics, and Relationships in Talent & OD: the “big four” for internal influence.
• The Virtual Workplace and the Augmented Workforce

A secondary benefit of attending this session is to add your voice as we continue to flex our priorities and topics for future meetings.  Because this meeting is a group discussion and not a “seminar” on these 5 trends, we expect the group will identify topics they want to explore in more depth during future meetings.
