Join the OD Special Interest Group on Thursday, August 13th 5:30-7:00PM for a special exploration of transformational & sustainable change management.

"Transforming Individuals and Systems: What Makes the Soft Stuff Harder than the Hard Stuff??"

So why does so much of the soft stuff continue to be challenging after nearly 70 years of Org. Development and Change Mgt. efforts?

People are still throwing around the statistic that 70 to 80% of major change initiatives fall short of intended results? What are OD and CM practitioners not “seeing?

Come join us as one “old timer” (experienced), Karl Anderson and one “really old timer” (experience+), Charlie Palmgren explore their journeys over the decades to make the soft stuff as easy as the hard stuff. This session will be highly interactive and hopefully entertaining.

Learn more about Charlie here.  Learn more about Karl here.

This entertaining session is equally relevant to all Talent and Organization Development professionals, as well as HR Business Partners, and Line Managers at any level.  Please invite your colleagues who may be interested to join the discussion.

Please join us on Thursday, August 13th from 5:30 -7pm at ECO-ENERGY Suite 500 6100 Tower Circle Franklin TN.  (map location)

The OD-SIG meets on the first Thursday of each month.  Our group's focus is not limited to Organization Development; we explore all aspects of organization and talent effectiveness.  We use a rotating meeting format: a "structured" session that may include a speaker or facilitated activity, followed the next month with an "unstructured" session at a local restaurant where we combine topical discussion with networking and socializing.
