This is an “unstructured” session in our meeting format rotation…. the meeting focus will be on group discussion, problem solving, networking, and a fun get-together; rather than a selected topic and speaker presentation.
The OD-SIG is open to all HR professionals. We encourage you to join us to:
• Meet people who have a broad range of OD, L&D, and other HR-related work experience
• Bring a current work challenge, idea, reading topic, or new tool to add to the group discussion
• Relax and enjoy socializing with a terrific group of “kindred souls”

The OD-SIG meets monthly and utilizes a rotating meeting format. One month is a “structured” session that includes a speaker and selected topic; the following month is an “unstructured” session devoted to group discussion and networking. We strive to make each session optimally valuable for the participants, and, therefore, adopt a fluid agenda for collegial support.
