Join our OD Special Interest group for a valuable discussion on performance management practices. Jenny Moehlmann, Director of Organization Effectiveness for MedSolutions, will present how the OE team integrated their newly developed leadership competencies into a new performance management system. All managers were trained on the new process which emphasizes the “discussion” as the most crucial element. MedSolutions eliminated overall ratings from their performance reviews in an effort to focus on employee behavior and build their desired culture. MedSolutions’ goal was to eliminate the “event” nature of performance reviews and create the opportunity for on-going, meaningful dialogue between managers and employees. After Jenny’s presentation, we’ll facilitate a discussion regarding what your companies are doing to improve the effectiveness of performance management practices We’d love to hear about your experiences and get your thoughts about the new practices MedSolutions is employing.
