ATD NASHVILLE 2023 MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Join us for our inaugural Mentorship program. This journey will include 6 months for Mentors and Mentees to focus on sharing and developing their talent development and leadership skills. The ATD Capability Model will serve as a resource for the mentoring sessions. There will be monthly check-ins for program participants to share their experiences, a mid-point Zoom call to reconnect as a full program cohort, and a full celebration in October to close the journey.
We are currently accepting applications for Mentors and Mentees through March 8th. An application fee of $20 for mentees is due upon program acceptance. Click below to apply for this exciting 2023 ATD Nashville offering.

To be eligible for the program, each applicant must meet the following criteria
Mentee Requirements
- An active ATD Nashville member in good standing
- Willing to commit 2-4 hours a month during the 6-month journey
- A Learning & Development professional in transition, young professional, or those looking to advance their professional career and/or development
Mentor Requirements
- An active ATD Nashville member in good standing
- Willing to commit 2-4 hours a month during the 6-month journey
- A Learning & Development professionals seeking to develop and contribute to others’ growth and development
- A professional with at least 5-10 years’ experience in Learning & Development

| March 24, 2023 | Welcome Virtual Orientation Meeting for both Mentors and Mentees (10:30-11:30am) |
