Are You Curious About the Application of

Positive Psychology in Talent Development?

If so, DON’T miss ATD Nashville’s August chapter meeting.

The latest research in mental health, neurobiology, and psychology brings with it many implications for T&D philosophy and practice. The research inspires a mind shift from a focus on financial and social impact to organizations to a more dynamic view based in psychological capital. The shift brings with it countless opportunities in the field of talent development.

What does this mean for you as a T&D professional?

At our August chapter meeting, Doug Gray will bring the construct of PERMA to life. PERMA, which stands for positive emotions, engagement, relationship, meaning, and accomplishment.  Our speaker, Doug Gray, PCC, has done extensive research and consulting on the subject of PERMA, which was introduced in in Flourish (2012) by the father of modern psychology, Dr. Martin Seligman.

The application in T&D promises an immense value for T&D professionals.

Join us to learn how to apply positive psychology in your talent development practice and your life!
